5 minutes epoxy bonding adhesive
Fong Yong 5 minutes epoxy bonding adhesive E-906/H-906 is a two-component adhesive composed of epoxy resin and hardener. When mixed in 1:1, which will start to set after 5 minutes, the resin and hardener begin to chemically react to form a cure compound of toughness, high hardness and high strength. When you need to repair items in a short time, this adhesive is the ideal choice. This product is provided with dual cartridge packaging, no need to manually mix AB parts, and can be applied quickly and easily. The static mixing nozzle provides uniform mixing of resin and curing agent every time. It can be used as an adhesive for various substrates or as a multifunctional filler for gap bonding, surface repair and lamination. Fong Yong 5 minutes epoxy bonding adhesive is resistant to water and most common solvents.

Are epoxies safe? |
Cured epoxy resins do not pose any risk to human health when handled in a professional manner and following the necessary safety measures. When sold in small quantities as two-component systems, composed of an epoxy resin and a hardener, the exposure risk of handling epoxies comes via skin contact when mixing these components. The necessary safe handling information should be always available in the material safety data sheet sold with each product. When these precautions are taken, epoxies can be handled safely without any health concern. How do you know when epoxy is fully cured? |
Usually, it takes around 72 hours to fully cure the epoxy. Whatever the dry time, the resin should be allowed to fully cure before attempting to move or sand it. If the epoxy isn't allowed to rest until fully cured, your project will be prone to surface contamination. |

Does moisture affect epoxy? |
Epoxies will cure in the presence of moisture brought on by humidity, but in the instance of using table top or the casting epoxy, moisture from humidity will make epoxy cure cloudy and lose clarity (blushing). |
